(New York, NY) Papa Roach have released their latest album, Time For AnnihilationOn the Record and On the Road (track listing below) via new label Eleven Seven Music today. The bands album is a unique hybrid listening experience, which showcases new material produced by David Bendeth (Paramore, Breaking Benjamin, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus) as well as live renditions of past hits.

With the release of this record, the band continue their long term commitment to WhyHunger, raising funds and awareness for the 49 million Americans and more than 1 billion people worldwide who are hungry. The band included a hidden track on the record, a first in philanthropy, to encourage fans to text to donate as they do live in concert. In addition, the band will be visiting the Los Angeles Mission food bank as volunteers to celebrate their album release and continued partnership with WhyHunger. On their upcoming tour dates, the band will be auctioning off VIP experiences with all proceeds going to WhyHunger.

Jacoby Shaddix said, "We wanted to use the press we were doing around the album to help raise awareness for the cause, we made a commitment to WhyHunger and are just as passionate about it as we are the music. We want to make sure we walk the walk and not just talk the talk, hopefully it inspires people to do the same."

The hard-hitting Sacramento natives have again cracked the Top 10 with their new single Kick In The Teeth, which is currently holding down the #7 slot on the active rock chart and #19 on the alternative chart with no sign of slowing down. In a review of the single, Billboard wrote, Kick In The Teeth may be its (Papa Roachs) most rousing anthem yet. With over 8 million records sold, Papa Roach has produced multi-format hits on every album they have released over the past ten years, proving their longevity and relevance throughout. Time for Annihilation...On the Record and On the Road is the first live album by Californian rock band Papa Roach. It will be released on August 31, 2010. Jerry Horton said in a blog on the band's official website that they recorded it on the last run of the tour with Shinedown. Later, Jacoby Shaddix reported on the site that five entirely new tracks had been written and would be studio recorded and released with the Time for Annihilation album. "Kick In the Teeth" is one of these five songs, and was released as a single on June 22, 2010. The album's name is a lyric quote from the song "Crash" from the band's 2006 album, The Paramour Sessions.

Fans can pre-order the album set to be released August 31, 2010 for a special price of $9.99. This offer good until Sept 6, 2010. Regular price $13.99.

As Papa Roach gets ready to release our new CD, TIME FOR ANNIHILATION on August 31st on our new label, Eleven Seven Music, our old record label Interscope / Geffen has decided to put out a "Best Of Papa Roach" without our consent and against our wishes.

To that we say FUCK THEM, DO NOT BUY IT! Do not support those greedy fucks and their desperate attempt to try and cash in on Papa Roach's music after we have left the label. Over the years we made them tons of money, gave them hit songs on every record, and put up with all the bullshit broken promises that they have fed us time and time again . It is unethical and disrespectful of them to do such a thing, especially knowing that we will be on the road to support the official new Papa Roach release "Time For Annihilation".

This is by no means directed at the staff of people that busted their ass for Papa Roach at that label for years on a ground level, we still got love for ya! It is directed towards the people at the top who make the decisions.

May 27, 2010 New York, NY - Multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated Papa Roach have announced plans for their new album, Time For AnnihilationOn the Road and On the Record on August 31st and their move to Top Independent Rock label, Eleven Seven Music. Papa Roach continue to push their musical limits and are currently perfecting a unique hybrid listening experience, which will consist of a mix of new studio and live tracks. With their feet firmly planted in over 10 years of multi-format success, the albums first single Kick in the Teeth is sure to ignite rockers globally. The band has enlisted Veteran, hit-maker David Bendeth (Paramore, Breaking Benjamin, Drowning Pool) to produce the new tracks.

David Bendeth adds, Working with a band like Papa Roach is every producers dream. It is not often that you can work with a band that has played so many shows, and also knows their way around the studio, and the recording environment. Everyone came to the House Of Loud to work hard and we really accomplished what we all consider to be a great record. I hope this is the first of many more for all of us!

We've always wanted to capture the energy of our live shows but didn't want to do the same old thing that most bands do, so we decided to put five brand new studio tracks on the record along with some of our favorites from the road and we are really proud of the final result. What's up ya'll! It has been an a brutal and tiring, but ass kicking year for us.

We release Metamorphosis, had a #1 Rock single and video, hit the top 10 debut on the billboard charts, celebrated 10 years of being in the rock game, traveled over seas 3 times, hit 15 different countries, 3 of the them for the first time, played with all types of bands from Avenged Sevenfold to Shine down to Kings Of Leon, built an army on paparoach.com, helped a couple awesome charities feed the homeless (WHY and Loves and Fishes), and our personal favorite, started VIP packages which allowed us to get up close and personal with a bunch of our fans around the world, plus a bunch of other stuff that would take "Forever" to list...

With that said, we pride ourselves in knowing that we have a good reputation when it comes to interacting with our fans... we know this sounds cliche or cheesy, but the fact of the matter is we could not do all of this without you, so thank you for being loyal, bad ass Mutha Fuckas!!!

Ok enough with the sentimental shit... hahaha. Here is the low down. Friday is the last day of the co headline tour with Shinedown, who by the way are pretty fucking awesome live, if you haven't seen the live, check em out. Having rocked UK audiences with sold-out tour earlier this year, Papa Roach, the Grammy nominated Californian quartet, are crossing the Atlantic this September for a UK and European tour in support of the their fifth studio album Metamorphosis and forthcoming single I Almost Told You I Loved You. . The tour kicks off on September 29 in Weisbaden, Germany and carries through October 24 at the Academy in London. VIP and presale tickets will be available from Saturday 1st August from www.paparoach.com and for general sale from Wednesday 5th August.
